Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026.
1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms
TrafficDefenseIQ (the “Service”) is operated by JoB Orange Marketing in Québec, Canada (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization.
2. Description of the service
TrafficDefenseIQ lets you upload lead and conversion data exported from affiliate and CPA tracking platforms and returns a fraud-risk score for each record, based on a set of detection rules. You can keep blacklists and allowlists, review results, export data, and send results to systems you choose. The Service is offered on Basic, Medium and High plans with the capabilities described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts
Give accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of the teammates you invite, and for choosing which of them are owners. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions, billing and free trial
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial, which requires a payment card on file to start; you are not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where the law requires. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- upload data you do not have the legal right to process, including lead data collected without any required notice or consent;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or white-label the Service without our written consent;
- probe, overload, scrape or bypass the security of the Service, or interfere with its integrity or performance.
6. Your data and your responsibilities
You keep all rights to the data you upload. You give us a limited license to process, store and analyze it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train third-party AI models.
You are responsible for the data you upload. That means you confirm that you collected it lawfully and that you have every notice, consent and other legal basis needed for us to process it for you. When your uploads contain personal information about other people, you are the one who decides why and how it's used and we act as your service provider; our Data Processing Addendum is part of these Terms and sets out how. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information in general.
7. Integrations you configure
If you set up a webhook or postback, we send scored lead data to the addresses you configure. You are responsible for those destinations and for the data once it arrives. Make sure a destination is one you trust and are allowed to send the data to. We don't guarantee delivery: a destination that is down or slow may not receive a call, though we retry failed deliveries a limited number of times.
8. Fraud score disclaimer
Fraud-risk scores and flags are informational and probabilistic. They are not a guarantee that a given lead is or is not fraudulent, and they will sometimes be wrong in both directions. You are solely responsible for any business, payment or compliance decision you make based on the Service's output. We are not liable for losses arising from leads incorrectly scored, whether flagged or not flagged.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available but don't promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or retire features. We'll give reasonable notice of a change that significantly reduces what your plan includes.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and detection methodology, is owned by JoB Orange Marketing and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to our trademarks, branding or underlying technology beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
11. Termination and deleting your data
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. You can export your data at any time and delete your account, which permanently removes your uploads, leads, scores, lists, settings and original files. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or pose a security risk, and we'll tell you why when we reasonably can. See the Privacy Policy for how long deleted data can remain in backups.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoB Orange Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost affiliate commissions, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional or gross fault.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from data you uploaded without the right to do so, or from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and we'll email account owners about them. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
